Exhibitors’ booths, food booths and a performance stage
will be situated outdoors on Fulton Street, enabling the large weekend people traffic at the Civic Center to participate in the

Overall, FILBOOKFEST is expected to draw a
crowd of more than 10,000 from Bay Area’s large Filipino American community, and the vibrant community of book lovers
and library patrons in San Francisco.
This will be a good opportunity for you to showcase your products
and services to both the Filipino American community
and the mainstream audience, so we’d like to invite you to
participate as an exhibitor/vendor.
While we give priority to books and book-related products,
we are also open to other products and services
that will enhance the festival experience
of attendees.
Each booth is 10' x 10' with canopy, 1 table and 2 chairs.
Rental is for two days. Exhibitors are responsible for their
signage and decor.
An Early Bird rate of $750 for both days of the
festival is available until August 15.
Full payment is required to
confirm a reservation.
Since we only have a limited number of booths left, please
let us know as soon as possible if you’re
interested in becoming an exhibitor. After August 15,
the price of each booth will go up.
STEPS TO SECURE EXHIBITOR BOOTH
- Please fill out this participation form so we can
contact you and give you an invoice number.
Choose "Exhibitor" in the form and follow the prompts
for your submission.
- After we receive your Exhibitor information, we will
contact and send you a contract agreement
and invoice number.
- After you receive your special invoice number, you
may pay through our secure PayPal account
via the button below. Make sure you already have your
invoice number before you click the button.
